  • Once email is received and processed you will receive an email from us with the address where to send your item.
  • Returning your parcel you must Include the original invoice as proof of purchase.
  • The Garment must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, no marks and all original tags attached.
  • Once garment is received by the TLR team and approved we are happy to refund or exchange to purchaser.
  • Garments much be returned within 10 days of purchase.
  • Full priced items can be returned for a refund, store-credit or exchange
  • Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items returned must have invoice and a printed return slip enclosed to be processed.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and all tags attached
  • TLR is not liable for loss of garments being returned. we encourage traceable postal services and keeping ahold of tracking number.
  • Customs duties and taxes change constantly and vary from country to country. The label rose cannot be held liable for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may be incurred on the importation of your order. if you are unsure of what potential customers duties may apply to your order please contact your local customers office for pricing and clarification.
  • All prices are in (AUD) Australian Dollars
  • All Shipping addresses must be entered in english
  • The Label Rose reserves the right to refuse a return If it does not meet the above terms. If your return is not accepted we will send it back to you the same day via standard post at your expense.


  • All Items to be exchanged need to be done so within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once your exchange/return has been received and posted by TLR you will receive an email with the new tracking number.
  • If it is a Return/Refund once the item has been received and processed you will be sent a confirmation refund email.
  • Sale items are not available for refund or exchange.
  • It can take up to 7 working days to process your return or exchange once received. We will let you know when your refund/exchange is processed, however, please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement as unfortunately we can not control how the banks works.
  • If by some random occurrence you have received a faulty/incorrect garment please email telling us what went wrong. Depending on available stock, we will replace that faulty/incorrect garment or refund the invoiced amount.
